Class-Action Waivers: Alongside arbitration, you usually waive your right to join other users in a class-action lawsuit, severely limiting your legal leverage if the company commits a widespread error.

Intellectual Property Rights: When you upload photos, text, or videos to a platform, the ToS often grants the company a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, and modify your content.

Limitation of Liability: Companies use this section to state that they are not responsible for any damages, data breaches, or financial losses you suffer while using their network.
